We start with a Ciabatta loaf, popped in a hot oven to liven it up, then sliced horizontally and griddled, ready for the Wikinger Hot Dogs, and we’re going Italian!
Spread on a generous helping of green pesto and then pile on griddled red, green and yellow pepper strips, nicely seasoned with crushed black peppercorns and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Now pile on as many griddled Hot Dogs as you fancy, scatter over rocket leaves, top with the lid and slice (size of your slice depends on your hunger-level!)
