Ingredients 4 Wikinger Hot Dogs reduced fat 4 zucchinis 2 small onions 3 garlic cloves 4 dl water 200 g tomato purée 4 tbsp lemon juice fresh parsley Salt & pepper to taste
|  | Directions Bring a pot of water to the boiling point Turn off the heat Place hot dogs in the water for 10 minutes Peel the zucchinis and chop them Chop onion and mince garlic Fry in water in a pan until the onions are clear Add zucchinis, tomato purée, water and lemon juice Let simmer for 6-7 min Add chopped parsley Add salt and pepper to taste
