Baked red Peppers

Ingredients
8 red peppers
6 Wikinger Hot Dogs reduced fat
4 canned tomatoes chopped
2 tsp Oregano
Fresh basil
Chili
1 garlic clove
300 g Basmati rice
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions
Boil the rice as described in the directions
Halve the red peppers
Chop the sausages in 1 cm bites
Heat tomatoes and sausages in a casserole
Mince garlic and add
Add spices
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees c
Mix tomato sauce and rice
Cook for another 5 min
Add mixture to the red peppers
Place in dish and bake for 20-25 min
