Ingredients 600 g small potatoes 8 tbsp Greek yogurt 0.1% 4 tsp mild mustard 1 tbsp wine vinegar 1 onion Salt & pepper to taste Fresh broad leaved parsley 4 Wikinger Hot Dogs reduced fat
|  | Directions Cook the potatoes and chill Chop onion Mix yogurt, vinegar, mustard and onion Add salt and pepper to taste When cold, peel and slice potatoes Mix with dressing Sprinkle with chopped parsley Bring a pot of water to the boiling point Turn off the heat Place hot dogs in the water for 10 minutes
