Spicy Roast Potatoes & Carrots

Ingredients
750g new baby potatoes
750g carrots
1 onion
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
4 Wikinger reduced fat Hot Dogs
Directions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees c
Cut potatoes into even sized chunks
Peel carrots and cut into similar sized chunks as the potatoes
Chop onion
Mix all ingredients in a dish
Roast for 1 hour in the oven
Turn vegetables halfway through cooking
Bring a pot of water to the boiling point
Turn off the heat
Place hot dogs in the water for 10 min
