Ingredients 4 Wikinger reduced fat Hot Dogs 500 g squash ˝ tsp cayenne pepper 300 g mushrooms 3 tbsp fresh estragon 2 tbsp fresh parsley 3 cloves garlic 3 large tomatoes 350g pasta
|  | Directions Cut the squash into squares Chop mushrooms and tomatoes Fry the squash and cayenne pepper in a pan Sauté until the squash is soft, about 2-3 minutes Put the squash into a bowl Sauté mushrooms for about 10 min Add chopped sausages Sauté for another 5 min Add squash, tomatoes, spices and minced garlic Add salt and pepper to taste Cook the pasta as described on the directions Drain the water and mix with the sauce
