Mexican Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients
5 potatoes
4 carrots
2 celery stalks
1l water
4 bouillon cubes
1 tbsp oil
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
2 tsp chili
1 tbsp cumin
1˝ tsp salt
2 canned tomatoes
Pepper
1 green chili pepper
4 Wikinger reduced fat Hot Dogs
Directions
Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces
Chop carrots and celery stalks
Add vegetables in a casserole with water
Bring the water to the boiling point
Add 1 tsp salt
Cook until the vegetables are soft
Drain the vegetables
Add fresh water and bouillon cubes to a small casserole
Bring it to the boiling point
Cook until the cubes are dissolved
Remove the casserole from the heat
Warm up the oil in another casserole
Sauté the chopped onion and cloves of garlic
Add chili, cumin and salt
Add the cooked vegetables and heat for a few min
Add bouillon, tomatoes and chopped green chili pepper
Turn down heat and boil over a low heat for 35 min
Chop sausages and add
Cook for another 10 min
Add salt and pepper to taste
