Sausage with stuffed baked Potato

Ingredients
8 bake potatoes
2 tsp butter
9 tbsp cream - reduced fat
salt & pepper
30 g mozzarella
3 dl sweet corn
2 tsp mustard
2 tbsp chives
2 tbsp parsley
4 Wikinger Hot Dogs reduced fat
Directions
Wash potatoes
Bake in oven at 180 degrees for about 1˝ hours
Cut off the top of the peel with a sharp knife
Remove the inside of the potato with a spoon
Mix the inside with butter, pepper, salt and 1/3 of the cream
Add sweet corn and mozzarella
Mix mustard and the rest of the cream
Put back the filling in the bake potatoes
Bake for another 10 minutes at 180 degrees
Bring a pot of water to the boiling point
Turn off the heat
Place hot dogs in the water for 10 minutes
Sprinkle potatoes with chives and parsley before serving
