Wikinger Vegetable Dish

Ingredients
˝ kg cabbage
2 leeks
2 carrots
400 g potatoes
150 g bacon
6 Wikinger reduced fat Hot Dogs
5 whole yellow mustard seeds
3 peppercorns
1˝ tsp salt
1 dl white vine, semi dry
Fresh parsley
Directions
Chop the cabbage into slim strips
Clean leeks, carrots and potatoes
Cut the leeks into pieces of 5 cm
Divide the potatoes and carrots if they are large
Cut the bacon and the sausages into smaller pieces
Place vegetables and bacon in a large pot
Cook at medium heat
Add pepper corns, mustard seeds and salt
Add white wine
Then add enough water to cover the vegetables
Boil 1-2 hours at low heat until the vegetables are done
Add the pieces of sausage for the last 10 minutes
Add salt & pepper to taste
Sprinkle with fresh parsley
